“Valentina’s Magical Recipes” It includes 40 recipes so the little ones can make desserts around the house, ranging from truffles to baking your own cakes and themed sweets for their birthday party.
“It’s a book of recipes for children. The idea for the book came to me some time ago because I saw Peruvian pastry chefs like Ximena Llosa, Sandra Plevisani and Jana Escudero who had their own books, and that was a goal I had, although I have to admit that it wasn’t close,” said the little confectioner
His soft spot for cake shops It was created in March 2020 as Valentina, like many children, was in lockdown due to the pandemic and was doing all her schoolwork virtually. So, one day, when little Valentina was only 9 years old, she saw an ad for online pastry courses on social networks and, after consulting her parents, signed up.
But Valentina’s desire to learn something led her to take various pastry and cake decoration courses as well as desserts from various Peruvian chefs such as Ximena Llosa, Carolina Guzman, and Ale Camino, among others.
“My entrepreneurship will start at the end of 2020. When I was making desserts, I signed up for a panettone class with Maria Gracia Mujica. I have to say that the panettones turned out super tasty; they were very similar to the panettones of different brands. But then I used the same recipe and made some changes to it, added other ingredients, and thus created my own panettone recipe, which was delicious,” commented Valentina.
It should be noted that thanks to her talent in pastry and the dissemination of her desserts and cakes on her social networks, it was a success and took her to other countries where she shared her talent and artists such as Olga Tanon tried their delicious desserts.
