Halit knows the holding needs major structural changes to restore liquidity and is already tired of fighting. What happened with Kemal and Ander’s recent involvement as a member of the shareholders’ meeting prompted them to make a decision about the future of the company.
Hallit considers the option of appointing a chairman for the group and believes he has the ideal person for the position. It is Kaya, a former employee who worked under him years ago.
