New Delhi: The Israeli-Palestinian conflict between Israel and Palestine has been halted for the time being, but tensions persist on both sides. Meanwhile, the UN Security Council has called for “full respect” for the Gaza ceasefire.
The Israel Defense Forces reported that between May 10 and May 21, 4,360 rockets were fired at Israel. 3 people lost their lives in these attacks. However, an Israeli attack caused enormous loss of life and property in Palestine. Over 250 lives have been lost on both sides. It included children, women and everyone.
The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is being discussed around the world and many human rights organizations have also expressed concern about it. Whatever the reason for the struggle, but there is mourning everywhere because of the deaths of children. Afghan cricketer Rashid Khan suffered similar misery. Rashid Khan expressed concern about the current circumstances of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Rashid Khan wrote on Twitter: “I am not a politician, but I call on all world leaders to bring peace to the region.” I grew up in war and understand the fear children experience. I can’t see him anymore. I can not do it. Every day I see children being killed in Palestine and Afghanistan. Yes, we have to stand up for what is right.
Previously, Rashid Khan wrote on social media on May 12 about the death of children: “As an athlete who plays in every country in the world, I want the world to come out of war.” He added that I couldn’t see the child killings in Afghanistan and Palestine. Murdering a child is the biggest crime in the world. I want children to be raised by the sound of birds and not by the sound of a bomb. In Afghanistan, too, we have frequent terrorists.
In fact, 22-year-old cricketer Rashid Khan grew up in the Afghan province of Nangarhar. Afghanistan has also been the center of conflict and people have lost their lives in the conflict between the Taliban, Al Qaeda, the military and the US military. However, the peace process began in Afghanistan, when the United States began the process of withdrawing the army after a long time.
Apparently, Rashid Khan has witnessed this struggle for a long time and he has seen the deaths of innocent people, so his pain has come to the fore. Therefore, they called for peace.
