The Ministry of Economy has started selling toys and board games of national production in supermarkets and hypermarkets, now 12dE-financing in installments by credit card, pursuant to Decision 1263/2023 of the Ministry of Commerce published in the Official Gazette.
So the previous Children’s Day is next Sunday. The economy enabled supermarkets and hypermarkets to sell domestically made toys and board games through Ahora 12.
The resolution states: “The sectors involved in marketing the goods and services included in the program have steadily increased their local supply and managed to meet domestic demand and maintain consumer demand levels.”
He also stressed that “The Argentine Chamber of Toy Industry has confirmed that Now 12 is an incentive to sell goods that markets its sector and thus has an impact on production and job creation.”
Consequently, Commerce pointed out that “the Chamber emphasizes the need to expand the marketing of toys and board games in order to have a significant impact during Children’s Day”, so its scope also includes supermarket chains and hypermarkets.
He also pointed out that “The Association of United Supermarkets calls for the sector that brings together to be taken into account in the regulation uniform for the marketing of toys and board games”.
“Given the interest of the sectors involved in the manufacture and marketing of toys and due to the continuation of the domestic market strengthening policy, it is considered appropriate to put toys and board games for sale in supermarkets and hypermarkets,” he concluded.
